At our Nursing Home in Grays, Essex we support adults with Acquired Brain Injuries and Life Limiting Conditions.

We are looking for Bank Day Support Workers to work along side an established Care Team.

  • What we require from you:
  • Knowledge or experience of care such as Home Care, Nursing Care, Residential or end of life for at least 2 years in England.
  • Be able to Support an individual with complex health care needs.
  • To have good knowledge of Safeguarding and Social Care Skills in England.
  • Be a good team player and be flexible as it is a 24/7 service.
  • To report any maintenance issues and Safeguarding concerns to management.
  • Provide emotional and physical support including moving and handling.
  • Complete daily notes and update Support Plans.

All candidates are required to undergo a fully enhanced DBS check the cost of which will be met by the company.
