About the opportunity
The General Manager of Stage & Screen will be the strategic catalyst for our brand's continued leadership in the sports and entertainment travel sector. Responsible for developing and executing a compelling long-term vision, this role demands a dynamic leader who can navigate complex market dynamics and drive sustainable growth.
Leading a high-performance leadership team spanning operations, sales, account management, product, technology, and finance, the successful candidate will be pivotal in transforming strategic objectives into exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will have...
- 5+ years of experience in a Senior Management position
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams, driving commercial growth, and navigating complex organisational change
- Exceptional customer-centric approach with comprehensive experience across CX, operations, sales, and emerging travel technologies, demonstrating an innovative mindset
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic networking capabilities, able to engage confidently at multiple organisational levels and capitalize on new business opportunities
