About the opportunity

The General Manager of Stage & Screen will be the strategic catalyst for our brand's continued leadership in the sports and entertainment travel sector. Responsible for developing and executing a compelling long-term vision, this role demands a dynamic leader who can navigate complex market dynamics and drive sustainable growth.

Leading a high-performance leadership team spanning operations, sales, account management, product, technology, and finance, the successful candidate will be pivotal in transforming strategic objectives into exceptional customer experiences. With our current market-dominant position as a foundation, this role will focus on innovative expansion strategies, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining our competitive edge.

• Building strong relationships with internal teams and third-party suppliers to optimise operational effectiveness
• Interpreting complex financial reports and identifying strategic risks and opportunities
• Championing global productivity strategies by streamlining processes and leveraging technology
• Creating an environment of continuous improvement and innovation that drives organisational excellence

The successful candidate will have...

• 5+ years of experience in a Senior Management position
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams, driving commercial growth, and navigating complex organisational change
• Exceptional customer-centric approach with comprehensive experience across CX, operations, sales, and emerging travel technologies, demonstrating an innovative mindset
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic networking capabilities, able to engage confidently at multiple organisational levels and capitalize on new business opportunities
