Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in London for a Floor Manager. The Floor Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing floor staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining service standards. Responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, training team members, and handling customer service concerns promptly. The role also involves ensuring smooth operations during peak hours, maintaining cleanliness, and meeting sales and operational targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills for staff coordination and guest interactions
  • Experience in Operations Management and the ability to manage day-to-day tasks
  • Ability to train and mentor team members effectively
  • Leadership and organizational abilities to manage a team and ensure smooth operations
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service management is a plus
  • Passion for creating a positive and welcoming customer experience
