Carpet Roles UK, dedicated Recruiters to the UK Carpet and Flooring Industry are delighted to be assisting their clients, a leading player in the South East and wider UK's Hard and Soft Contract Flooring in their search for a Project Manager for their Soft Flooring Division to manage projects on their behalf in London and the South East predominantly and, on occasion throughout the UK.

Our Clients are seeking a high calibre Commercial Flooring professional with the following attributes but will Ultimately, deliver high-quality flooring installations on time and to budget whilst satisfying the customer:
  • Must have good soft flooring knowledge and be able to run projects up to 1m.
  • Capable of Working on a range of high-end residential and commercial projects across London and Nationally. Project values between £100k - £2m
  • Commercial knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts essential.
  • Must be able to travel within Essex and London.
  • Have extensive project and fitting knowledge of Soft Flooring installations
  • Effectively and efficiently manage flooring projects
  • Ensure all materials, resources and installers are in place as required
  • Possess and have full knowledge of project details and specifications
  • Attend and contribute to progress / project meetings
  • Health and Safety management
  • Quality management
  • Comprehensive project management experience in the commercial flooring sector
  • Proven background of competent delivery and client satisfaction
  • Commercially aware
  • Client facing, with the ability to represent the business on site
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK Driver's License
  • Good computer skills
