We've partnered with a leading global brand in the health and nutrition sector to find them a Paid Media Specialist. They're looking for a hands on digital marketer passionate about delivering growth through performance marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day campaign execution across Google, Meta, and TikTok Ads, directly driving revenue and customer acquisition for a fast-growing D2C ecommerce business. Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads to deliver strong ROAS, drive traffic, and increase online sales.
  • Monitor campaigns daily, making data-led adjustments to improve conversion rates, reduce CPA, and maximise efficiency.
  • Work closely with the creative team to brief and test ad creatives, messaging, and formats to identify what drives engagement and sales.
  • Manage targeting and segmentation strategies across platforms to reach high-intent and high-value audiences.
  • Allocate and optimise budgets across channels to ensure spend efficiency and commercial impact.
  • Use GA4, Looker Studio, and native ad platform dashboards to track performance, produce reports, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with ecommerce, trading, and UX teams to ensure alignment between paid activity, onsite experience, and wider marketing initiatives.
  • Keep up to date with the latest platform updates, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok Ads within a D2C brand or digital agency.
  • Experience running campaigns that directly drive sales and revenue for online stores (Shopify experience desirable).
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, and optimisation using tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio.
  • Confident interpreting performance data, spotting trends, and taking action to improve results.
  • A self-starter who enjoys being hands-on and thrives on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and ecommerce teams.
