The role and what you'll be getting up to on a day to day basis:

As a Littlefish Bid Manager, you'll be the engine behind our most exciting new business opportunities and renewals. You'll coordinate and lead the bid process from inception to close, assembling and motivating virtual teams, engaging with senior executives, and ensuring every proposal is a winner.

You will:

• Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely, high-quality, and customer-aligned submissions.
• Collaborate with sales, solutions, service architecture, and more to craft compelling, innovative proposals.
• Influence and inspire colleagues at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Analyse and optimise every bid, ensuring Littlefish stands out from the competition.
• Play a key role in shaping the future of our business and making a real impact.

Who you are:

We're looking for a passionate bid management professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to make a real impact at Littlefish. You'll be someone who brings energy, expertise, and a drive to win—someone who can confidently lead complex bids and inspire those around you.

You'll stand out if you have:

• Demonstrable experience in bid management, ideally within IT services for medium to large corporate or public sector clients
• A proven track record of delivering winning, multi-million-pound managed services proposals
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the confidence to engage at executive level
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage complex, multi-workstream opportunities
• Experience assembling and motivating virtual teams to deliver high-quality, innovative proposals
• A keen understanding of the competitive landscape and a desire to keep learning and growing
