Key Responsibilities

  • Wellbeing Support: Engage in activities that promote mental and physical wellbeing, be it through a chat or assisting in hobbies and recreations.
  • Household Tasks: Assist in light household chores, helping maintain a clean and organised home environment.
  • Meal Preparation: Help in preparing and serving meals, assisting clients during meal times if necessary.
  • Community Engagement: Promote Home Instead through community outreach and protect its reputation through high standards of service.

Requirements

  • Compassionate Nature: No previous experience is required; your kindness is your qualification.
  • UK Work Right: Valid right to work in the UK.
  • Language Skills: Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Transport: Availability of reliable transportation for home visits and other errands.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional skills in organising and managing time efficiently.
