London, Greater London, United Kingdom Dext Full time £60,000 - £80,000 per year
Who we are, what we do & why we do it:

Dext is a fast-growing fintech transforming bookkeeping through AI and machine learning. Our platform empowers businesses, accountants, and bookkeepers to simplify accounting processes and make smarter, more timely financial decisions.

In 2024, Dext joined the IRIS Software Group, further strengthening our ability to deliver end-to-end accountancy solutions. We've achieved 99.5% data accuracy, saved over 35 million hours of manual data entry, and are trusted by 12,000 firms and 700,000 businesses globally. With integrations across all major accounting software and over 11,500 financial sources, we're proud to be at the forefront of innovation in the accounting space.

We're now looking for an analytic and collaborative Growth Analyst to drive Cross-sell and Upsell revenue by building and scaling Dext's Growth strategy. The role focuses on growing value from our existing customer base through data-led, product-led, and customer-centric initiatives.

The role - what you'll do as Growth Analyst:

Working across Product, Marketing, and BI, this role identifies and delivers high-impact opportunities to drive feature adoption, upsell and cross-sell revenue (i.e. monetisation of Dext's product portfolio). While most initiatives will follow a product-led growth model (PLG) powered by experimentation and automation, the role also requires creativity and flexibility, including stepping in with high-touch interventions to convert high-value customers and maximise commercial impact.

The day to day:

  • Drive revenue expansion by identifying and executing cross-sell, upsell, and adoption opportunities across the customer base.
  • Analyse customer and product data and regularly conduct customer research to uncover patterns, insights and opportunities that unlock monetisation potential.
  • Run structured testing and optimisation cycles, owning the experimentation for cross-sell and upsell  and reporting on learnings and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and BI to design and launch initiatives, supplemented by targeted high-touch actions for high-value accounts.
  • Establish a repeatable framework for cross-sell and upsell execution, ensuring consistent measurement, iteration, and operational discipline.
  • Occasionally contact high-value accounts to recommend relevant Dext solutions by showcasing the broader offering and gaining insight into their needs.

Success Metrics:

  • Drive strong revenue growth through increased bundle adoption, cross-sell and upsell performance, reflected in stronger NRR and GRR.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of initiatives with clear impact tracking and cross-functional alignment.
  • Demonstrate a deep customer understanding of customer needs and the ability to turn insights into scalable, measurable commercial results.
About you - what we are looking for:
  • A sharp, analytical thinker who can turn customer and product data into clear hypotheses and experiments.
  • Solid experience (3y.+) in driving monetisation, cross-sell, or customer expansion strategies, supported by solid experience in Growth, Customer Success, Engagement, or Consulting.
  • Strong ability to influence and align multiple teams, navigating both strategic and operational work with ease.
  • Solid with analytics, automation, and CRM tools and curious about and experienced with analytics and AI automation tools (e.g. Mixpanel, ChatGPT, n8n).
  • A customer-focused, commercially driven mindset, paired with proactive execution, adaptability, and collaborative behaviour.
What you'll be part of, our values and culture:

We are a fast-paced, ambitious FinTech organisation. Despite our scale, we maintain the agility of a start-up. Our values guide everything we do:
