About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our growing team in Bolton. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while working within professional and supportive healthcare settings.

As an HCA, you will play a vital role in assisting residents and patients with daily living tasks, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and emotional support to service users.
  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility.
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to senior staff.
  • Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans effectively.
  • Support nursing and care staff in delivering high standards of care.
  • Promote independence, dignity, and respect at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months UK healthcare experience (essential).
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK.
  • Up-to-date DBS and Mandatory Training (or willingness to complete).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high-quality care.
