Corfe Hills School is looking for an Attendance Officer to join our fantastic team. Could this be you?

Actual Salary £25,153 - £28,671 per annum per annum (Grade 8)

This job is 37 hours per week and 39 weeks per year.

It is offered on a Permanent basis

Approximate start date

We are looking for someone who can be responsible for the monitoring and improvement of attendance and punctuality of all students in years 9, 10 and 11.

Work alongside key school staff in school to promote excellent attendance, reduce levels of absence and work with children and families to promote high levels of attendance.

Act as a first point of contact for students and parents over attendance reporting. Supporting our school commitment to ensuring attendance rises above the national expectation.

  • Effective administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A Methodical approach with good attention to detail
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
  • Evidence of effective time management

Good knowledge of relevant Safeguarding procedures and commitment to adhere to the Trust's Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy.

Working days/ pattern - Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm. Which may be subject to change according to business needs
