What will you be doing?As Lead – Evidence Analysis, you'll be at the forefront of transforming clinical data into strategic insights. You'll guide large-scale projects and cross-functional teams, interpreting complex scientific and clinical evidence to support our product claims and marketing strategies. Your expertise will influence decisions across the business, from promotional asset reviews to regulatory compliance, ensuring our products meet the highest standards. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, mentor junior colleagues, and play a pivotal role in aligning evidence analysis with commercial goals.
What will you need to be successful?Success in this role means being a trusted expert who can navigate complexity with confidence and clarity. You'll bring a scientific mindset and a commercial lens to every challenge, helping us make informed, evidence-based decisions.
- A degree in biomedical sciences or a clinical discipline is essential, with a PhD considered a strong advantage
- At least five years of relevant experience, including time spent on a PhD; experience in clinical environments is a plus
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful project outcomes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
