This Financial Controller role pays up to £75,000 and gives you a seat at the table from day one. It's a chance to step into a business that values insight over hindsight, where you'll be part of the senior team influencing commercial decisions, not just reacting to them.

You'll lead on monthly reporting, board packs and budgeting cycles. Your analysis will help spot opportunities for growth, and you'll support department heads with decision-ready data. There's real scope here to make a strategic impact, especially in cost management and inventory control.

You'll also be involved in improving financial processes and systems - so if you've worked on ERP upgrades or like making finance functions more efficient, you'll be right at home.

To do well in this Financial Controller role, you'll need to be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a solid background in management reporting and financial analysis. Experience producing board-level reports and advising senior leaders will make you stand out. If you've worked in a stock-heavy, multi-site business, even better.
