Are you a detail-driven HRIS expert who thrives on using data to improve systems and drive business decisions?

We're working with a leading global organisation to find an experienced HR Systems Analyst for a fixed-term contract opportunity. This role is ideal for someone with solid HRIS administration experience who enjoys analysing people data and enhancing system processes at scale.

The Role

As the Itrent Systems Analyst, you'll work within a collaborative HR team supporting day-to-day HRIS management and data integrity across international operations. This role will help evolve people analytics, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and supporting HRIS operations
  • Ensuring data integrity, compliance , and security
  • Producing insightful management reports across multiple regions
  • Managing a shared HR systems support inbox and resolving queries
  • Improving and maintaining data collection/reporting procedures
  • Supporting testing and implementation of new system features
  • Creating user-friendly training and guidance materials

What You'll Need

  • Strong HRIS system administration skills (iTrent ideal)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office – especially Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with large datasets and creating reports
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise under pressure
  • Effective communication – both written and verbal
