Do you have a passion for data and digital marketing and want to use your skills to help dogs find happier lives?
We're looking for a Performance Analyst (Digital Marketing) to optimise Dogs Trust's paid digital campaigns across social, search, and display channels. You'll turn performance data into actionable insights, helping us reach more supporters, drive engagement, and make every pound of advertising spend count.
About this role:
As a Performance Analyst (Digital Marketing) you will:
- Monitor and analyse performance across paid digital channels to drive continuous improvement and maximise ROI.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and provide clear, actionable insights.

- Explore new digital marketing tools and approaches to boost online income and engagement.
About you:
You'll bring proven experience in performance marketing or digital analytics, with a strong grasp of key metrics, optimisation techniques, and A/B testing. Skilled in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and data visualisation platforms, you'll turn complex data into clear insights that drive results. With excellent analytical and communication skills, you'll confidently influence stakeholders and help shape impactful, data-driven marketing strategies.
About the team:
The Marketing & Communications team plays a critical role in building the Dogs Trust brand and driving engagement with its mission to help the dogs who need us most. The Digital Team is responsible for developing and maintaining Dogs Trust's digital presence, including its website. Within the Digital Team, the Digital Product Team focuses on optimising the user experience across our website by optimising our current website and developing new digital products and services.
About Dogs Trust
We love dogs. That's why we do whatever we can to make sure every four-legged friend gets the love they deserve. We'll never put a healthy dog down, so our work is focused on helping dogs in need, supporting owners every step of the walk, and creating a better world for dogs in the future. It's what we've been doing since 1891 and how we've grown to become the UK's leading dog charity, helping 12,000 loyal friends find their forever homes every year.
