London, Greater London, United Kingdom Trigo Full time £60,000 - £100,000 per year

Trigo - Crafting Tomorrow's Retail Experience

We started with a simple question: How can vision AI make shopping better for everyone? Today, our team of passionate experts is transforming how people shop and how retailers operate - one store at a time

Our goal is to solve real retail challenges by developing advanced computer vision AI that prevents loss, enables grab-and-go shopping, and turns store data into valuable insights- all while delivering clear value from day one.

With multiple deployments in stores globally, deep partnerships with top-tier retailers, and a product suite that's proving its impact every day, Trigo is not just imagining the future of retail- we're building it.

At Trigo, we're building the in-store operating system of the future- powered by AI and real-world data. With dozens of autonomous store and Loss Prevention deployments (and hundreds more coming), we are generating a massive volume of operational data. Now it's time to turn that data into strategic value- for our team and our customers.

Trigo's autonomous store technology is transforming the retail experience across Europe. To ensure our live deployments deliver maximum impact, we're looking for a hands-on, insights-driven Senior Data Analyst to lead performance tracking and optimization for production autonomous stores.

As Senior Data Analyst - Autonomous Store Insights, you'll be responsible for analyzing production data to monitor store performance, improve current operations, and provide insights that shape Trigo's future roadmap. You'll also structure and manage how operational data is collected, aggregated, and analyzed, ensuring it delivers actionable value across teams.

This role sits within the Autonomous Stores team-our group responsible for ensuring autonomous stores perform at their best and deliver measurable value. You'll collaborate closely with Operations, Product, R&D, Customer Success, and our retail partners.

Requirements
  • A degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics).
  • A strong analytical and statistical mindset, with the ability to spot trends in noisy data and distinguish causation from correlation.
  • 4+ years of experience in a data-focused role (e.g., Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Operations Insights, or similar).
  • Strong SQL skills; familiarity with modern data workflows preferred.
  • Experience with a coding language for data analysis (preferably Python, but R or similar is also relevant).
  • Hands-on experience with at least one modern BI platform (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to explain complex data and KPIs in a structured, clear, and impactful way.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
  • Self-driven and independent, with the ability to thrive in a distributed team environment.

None
A day in the life
  • Analyze production data from live autonomous stores to assess system performance and customer behavior.
  • Track and report on agreed KPIs with retail partners, ensuring we deliver against operational commitments.
  • Manage and structure operational data - defining what is included in analysis and how it is aggregated.
  • Build dashboards to surface insights internally and for retailer-facing teams.
  • Provide insights that inform both current operational improvements and Trigo's product roadmap.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, R&D, Customer Success) to proactively suggest system enhancements.
  • Communicate complex KPIs, concepts, and insights in a clear, structured, and compelling way, tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
You bring to the table
None
Nice to have
  • Experience in retail operations, e-commerce, or other customer-facing industries.
  • Exposure to autonomous systems, computer vision, or IoT environments.
  • Ability to work effectively across different cultures (e.g., Israeli and European teams).
  • Familiarity with KPI frameworks and performance tracking in complex deployments.
Perks and Benefits

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of Trigo's production autonomous stores and building trust with leading retailers across Europe.

This is a unique opportunity to combine data insights, operational excellence, and cutting-edge technology in a rapidly growing field.
