Logistics Support Coordinator: Drive Our Operations Forward

Are you ready to be the central pivot for our logistics and sales teams? We are looking for a proactive, results-driven individual to join our busy Logistics Helpdesk. This is a fast-paced environment where your ability to manage multiple priorities and own critical tasks will ensure our global operations run smoothly.

The Role: Your Key Responsibilities

You will be the vital link between sales, projects, delivery, and our external partners. Your daily focus will include:

  • Internal Support:
    Handle queries (email, tasks, Teams calls) from Inside Sales, Projects, and Delivery Management.
  • Order Management:
    Amend, update, and process orders, including 'Buy & Store' requests, within WMCS.
  • Proof of Delivery:
    Ensure the timely acquisition of PODs.
  • Claims Processing:
    Progress freight claims efficiently and within set deadlines.
  • Shipment Coordination:
    Arrange carriage forwards and manage suspended orders on WMCS.
  • Courier Liaison:
    Handle quotations, delivery tracking, invoice checks, and query resolution with courier partners.
  • Returns Management:
    Process return requests, coordinate customer collections and supplier RMAs, and process customer credits in SAP.
  • International Paperwork:
    Provide cover for creating commercial invoice paperwork for international shipments.

Experience in a similar logistics or administrative role is beneficial, but your aptitude for learning and taking charge is paramount.
