The role of ER Advisor - 18 months:

  • Leading on TUPE processes (both in and out)
  • Reviewing and updating policies in line with evolving employment legislation
  • Staying ahead of upcoming changes, including the Employment Rights Bill
  • Providing expert advice on zero-hour contracts and complex ER matters

The ideal ER Advisor - 18 months:

  • Strong HR/ER knowledge and confidence to work independently
  • A proactive, resilient self-starter who thrives on variety and responsibility
