ER Advisor - West Midlands
Eden Brown Synergy are working in partnership with a leading NHS Trust based in the West Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and innovative individual to join the ER (Employee Relations team. Working in a busy and challenging environmentyou will provide expert HR advice and work closely with managers and senior stakeholders on a wide range of employee relations issues.
Your new role as ER Advisor:
As the ER Advisor you will be responsible for a large, complex portfolio of ER casework, providing a high-quality service whilst embedding best practice HR solutions across the Trust to line managers to provide a safe and consistent advice and process. Youwill also contribute to the continual improvement and innovative systems that play a pivotal role in driving forward the implementation of the people plan. You will work in partnership with senior managers to provide specialist, comprehensive, high-qualityadvice and guidance on operational HR issues in line with the latest employment law, trust policy and good practice.
The Experience & Qualifications Required:
You will be CIPD qualified with experience of managing complex and sensitive employee relations cases, have a sound knowledge of employment law and demonstrate the ability to work with trade unions in a partnership role. You will have strong people managementskills, be driven by high standards, resilient, confident, approachable and professional with strong and visible leadership and a flexible approach to working.
