We're on the hunt for a full-time and a part-time bartender to join our team at The Lower Third cocktail bar, and our soon-to-open ultra-lux underground cocktail lounge.

You will be expected to:
  • Craft cocktails and all other beverage offerings consistently and at the expected standards of hotel quality
  • Contribute creatively during phases of menu development under the guidance of the bar manager and beverage director
  • Prepare the bar for service prior to opening while informing manager/supervisor of anything requiring attention
  • Work at speed whilst maintaining a clean and efficient high-volume operation
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and organization according to cleaning schedules and ongoing diligence during service, set-up, and break-down
  • Take and deliver orders, issuing, and collecting payments using a POS systems, both behind the bar and on the floor
  • Work as a team to achieve targets whilst contributing to a supportive and fun working environment.
We require:
  • High standards on service with an in-depth understanding of spirits along with strong classic cocktail knowledge
Pay:
  • Bartender £13/hour plus service /tronc
