Bar des Prés, founded by acclaimed chef Cyril Lignac, is a chic and cosmopolitan restaurant known for its sophisticated fusion of Franco-East Asian cuisine. Originating in the elegant district of Saint-Germain des Prés, the restaurant has expanded to Mayfair, London and opened a second location in Paris. In 2024, Bar des Prés will open its fourth location in the heart of Dubai's DIFC. This new iteration combines French heritage and finesse with Dubai's vibrant energy and Japanese individuality, offering a unique and refined dining experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in London for a Bartender. The Bartender will be responsible for serving drinks, preparing cocktails, managing the bar area, maintaining clean and well-stocked workstations, and providing exceptional customer service to guests. The role involves daily tasks such as taking orders, handling cash transactions, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Bartending and knowledge of Food & Beverage processes
  • Experience with Cash Handling and transactions
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
