We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team on a 6 week contract basis. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This is a great opportunity for an experienced bartender to contribute to a vibrant establishment for a defined period.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in drink presentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs.
  • Offer Recommendations and answer questions about beverages.
  • Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
  • Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Utilise upselling techniques to promote featured beverages and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a similar setting.
  • Strong Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing technique and drink presentation.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and most importantly weekends.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.

Contract Details:

Position: Bartender

Contract Type: 6 week contract

Hours: Part time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13.15 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
