Are you a Solicitor or Legal Executive who has experience in Private Client looking for a new opportunity?

Your role will involve managing a varied case load of Wills and Probate matters including preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts including Personal Injury trusts, Court of Protection matters, Estate Planning and general Probate.

You will be a qualified and practising Solicitor, Legal Executive or a fee earner with at least 1 year of relevant experience. You will have the following:

  • Experience of running a relevant caseload
  • Knowledge of the type of work mentioned above
  • You will be a confident, self-motivated lawyer and will be competent to use Outlook, Word and Practice Management systems.

It is essential that you possess rounded client service skills and you must be able to empathise with a wide range of clients in order to resolve the most sensitive and complicated practicalities involved in these areas of law. Of particular importance will be organisational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be committed to team work, and be willing to engage in business development and networking to help promote the firm and your department.
