Private Client Solicitor – 4+ Years PQE

Location: Bath (Hybrid)

We're working with a leading Bath-based firm seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their specialist team. This role offers the rare opportunity to focus exclusively on complex international and cross-border private client matters, including charities, international estate planning, trusts, and succession.

You'll be joining a close-knit and highly regarded team advising private individuals, charities, and professional clients on a wide range of trust and estate matters with international elements. As part of the team, you'll manage your own caseload while collaborating on technically challenging and high-value private international law cases.

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in private client work
  • Experience in trusts, estates, and HNW matters
  • Exposure to charity or international work is beneficial but not essential — full training and support are provided
  • STEP qualification (or working towards it) is desirable
