Solicitor Finance

Goldfinch & Partners is excited to support the expansion of our client's Finance Team, inviting applications from ambitious Solicitors (NQ upwards) to be part of a high-energy, results-focused group working with prestigious financial clients.

About the Role

• Manage high-volume, complex caseloads for a range of lenders, credit providers, and blue-chip organisations.

• Advise and represent clients on commercial recoveries, contractual disputes, enforcement, and financial litigation.

• Use your knowledge of the CPR and litigation skills to deliver successful outcomes across a variety of finance-driven scenarios.

• Play a key role in a collaborative team, providing proactive solutions and supporting on challenging, high-value matters.

• Immediate impact expected—our finance team is at capacity and seeking driven individuals who can deliver from day one.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ or above), or experienced litigator with transferable commercial skills.

• Debt recovery experience preferred, but strong backgrounds in related contentious areas will be considered.

• Robust knowledge of civil procedure, rigorous approach to deadlines, and ability to manage demanding caseloads.

• Demonstrable commercial acumen, sound judgment, and commitment to first-class service.

• Reliable, dynamic team players with the confidence and initiative to get up to speed fast in a busy environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary from £40,000–£55,000+, dependent on experience and scope.

• Quarterly bonus for fee earning team members after probation (based on team billing above target).
