The Role
As Brand Manager, you'll support and contribute to the Benchmark Drinks portfolio, driving impactful brand and product activation plans that deliver business growth. You'll work closely with sales, operations, and external partners to bring brand initiatives to life, launch new products, and ensure campaigns hit the mark. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, including managing agencies, monitoring brand performance, and providing insights to shape future plans.
Here's what you will do:
- Develop and manage product and brand activation plans that will deliver annual Benchmark Drinks business plan including all aspects of the marketing mix – ensuring integration with sales, operations, and finance.
- Champion the brands portfolio internally, through appropriate reports, presentations and attendance at key meetings.
- Liaise with Brand Owners / Brand Principals on above where applicable.
- Work with sales and third-party distributors to ensure that brand plans are presented to key customers & relevant internal parties.
- Implementation of agreed brand plans & initiatives, working cross-functionally (i.e., with Sales and Operations) and with customers and external agencies as appropriate.
- Continually review brand performance and recommend adjustments to plans as necessary.
- Develop concepts & introduce new products/packs as appropriate.
- Manage external agencies – advertising incl. website, design, promotions, research, and PR to deliver projects on time and to standard.

Must-haves:
- 3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing within FMCG.
