We currently have two vacancies for Brand Managers, one will oversee the Tommy Hilfiger brand and one will oversee the Calvin Klein brand.

About THE ROLE
As Brand Manager for TOMMY HILIFGER or CALVIN KLEIN, you will be reporting into the Brand & Planning Director. You will be an expert for the Hub, with in depth knowledge across the breadth of divisions for the brand. You will play a strategic and tactical role bridging brand identity, market needs, and commercial goals. You will be able to effectively communicate and bring to life the brand story for internal stakeholders (such as sales managers) and external ones (such as wholesale partners). You will do this by effectively championing the brand's values as they relate to specific divisions, and work alongside your counterpart in Calvin Klein to develop an offering to full satisfy partner requirements driving Wholesale revenue growth and trusted partnerships.

Additionally, you will coordinate with the Brand & Planning Director to act as a 'voice of the customer' when communicating with EMEA teams, to influence brand strategy and seasonal product assortment to ensure TOMMY HILFIGER retains and expands its brand position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Brand Execution: Execute the strategic direction of the TOMMY HILFIGER / CALVIN KLEIN brand within the Hub, ensuring alignment with EMEA brand guidelines and regional market requirement, influencing key decisions, and driving brand growth through strategic initiatives.
  • Brand guardian in market: Advocate for the brand within the local market context.
  • Partner Requirements: Regularly capture and report on wholesale partner collection and Merchandizing requirements, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Market Insights: Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify local trends, pricing strategies, and consumer behaviour. Provide feedback to EMEA and Hub teams on local market performance and opportunities for assortment or product development.
  • Localise Regional Assortment Strategy: Develop and localize the seasonal assortment strategy in alignment with EMEA brand direction and local market trends. Choose the right mix of products per brand, channel, and customer profile.
  • Product Launch & Go-to-market Execution: Ensure product launches are aligned with marketing, retail, and digital calendars. Partner with Visual Merchandizing, E-commerce, and Retail teams to ensure proper product storytelling and display.
  • Product Strategy Execution: Manage the integration of regional product guidelines and segmentation strategies, ensuring that they are effectively translated into actionable plans for the Hub. Capture and share product feedback from sales managers, to inform the assortment development process.
  • Product Campaign Execution: Drive execution of seasonal product campaigns within the Hub context.
  • Data-driven Decision Making: Consolidate hub performance data and market feedback to drive actionable insights that influence regional product strategy. Use data to inform decisions that maintain the local brand presence and drive business growth.
  • Sales performance & Analysis: Continuously optimize assortments based on data insights. Monitor weekly and monthly sales performance by product/brand/channel.
  • Continuous Improvement: Maintain processes that ensure efficiency and synergy across channels, from budget allocation to performance measurement.

About YOU

  • Significant experience in merchandising, buying, or category management—ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods.
  • Experience managing assortments across multiple brands and channels (retail, e-com, wholesale).
  • Ability to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and drive data-informed decisions (Excel proficiency is essential; tools like PowerBI, Tableau are a plus).
  • Deep understanding of local market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and competitor landscape.
  • Solid grasp of margin, pricing, OTB, inventory management, and financial KPIs.
  • Ability to maintain and adapt global brand identity while optimizing for local relevance.
  • Proven track record of working effectively with global teams, marketing, supply chain, retail, and planning.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and aligning diverse teams around a common plan.
  • Skilled at handling multiple seasonal timelines, product calendars, and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus for senior roles.
