Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a relative newcomer to the London Flooring and Tiling Installations market with associate well established partnerships in Ireland in their hunt for a Specialist Flooring Contract Manager to assist with their ambitious growth plans and bulging order book.

They have made use of their many years experience in the London and wider UK Tiling and Flooring market and have won some significant clients already so are ready to grow their management team to keep the progress moving. They have offices in Central London (Kings Cross) which offers a great central location to work from though the role will obviously predominantly be out on site.

Whilst not necessarily a "Trainee" Role (You will be running Jobs in conjunction with a Project Manager) this role is a great opportunity to develop you career away from purely fitting into a more managerial role with of course the opportunity to develop in time into a Site Manager / Project Manager.

You will be responsible for all aspects of running Flooring Packages within primarily New Build Homes works across London (currently East End). 

The role will suit a Commercial / New Build Flooring Professional who is seeking an opportunity to develop their Flooring knowledge and skills into a management role and to contribute to the growth and success of a new business and who will confidently hit the ground running with the view to becoming a key member of the management team down the line.

Ideally you will have a track record in New Build or Fit Out Flooring Installs and will be confident of managing Fitters, Suppliers and client relations as well as the delivery of great finished installations on time and budget every time. As stated you will be working alongside and reporting to an experienced Project Manager who will support you and help you grow your skills and experience as you go along. It is therefore an excellent opportunity to change direction / move towards a managerial future.
