About the role:
Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for finance operations? We're seeking a Finance Associate to join our team and play a crucial role in delivering seamless financial support, accurate accounts payable processes, and reliable financial reporting.
As a Finance Associate, you'll manage essential tasks spanning accounts payable, finance administration, and procurement support, helping ROCK enhance efficiency, control costs, and maintain financial accuracy. You'll be a key part of strengthening ROCK's financial foundations while building the skills to grow into more advanced finance responsibilities.
This role places you at the heart of ROCK's finance activities driving improvements in payables, supplier reconciliation, and data integrity while supporting reporting and analysis. You'll help maintain compliance, embed best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve financial operations.
What we are looking for:
Foundations in Finance Procurement or Operations
: Brings 1–2 years of experience across procurement, supply chain, finance, or related administrative functions. Demonstrates a practical understanding of operational workflows and business support requirements.
Hands-On Process Experience
: Has supported key administrative processes such as invoice handling, supplier coordination, and inventory tracking. Shows attention to detail and consistency in maintaining accurate records and data.
Technology-Enabled:
Familiar with accounting and procurement systems such as Sage, with exposure to automated data capture tools like Auto Entry. Comfortable navigating digital tools to streamline routine tasks and ensure data accuracy.
Growth-Oriented:
Actively seeks professional development opportunities, with readiness to pursue certifications such as Microsoft Office or other role-relevant qualifications. Shows a willingness to learn and adapt in a changing operational environment.
Operational Awareness:
Possesses a basic understanding of supply chain and logistics concepts, with an interest in developing deeper knowledge in procurement and vendor management disciplines. Brings curiosity, initiative, and a proactive mindset to the role.
To be successful in the role: you will support financial reporting accuracy through validated procurement data, process invoices accurately within SLA and contribute to 5% cost savings via PO alignment.
