**Location**: Pen Y Bont Court, Ewenny Road, Bridgend, CF35 5AW

**Hours**: 28.5 per week over 3 days, including weekends on a rota basis

**Pay rate**: £12.21 per hour

Fieldbay provides high-quality services for people aged 18 years + who have complex needs associated with mental illness, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, dementia and long term conditions such as Huntington's disease. **The Role**

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support the Head Chef with the daily aspects of the catering operation. You will assist with everything from preparing simple meals, to ensuring the dining areas are clean and tidy at all times. Basic Food Hygiene Certificate or evidence of Food Hygiene awareness is essential for this role, along with knowledge of maintaining a clean, tidy, safe and hygienic environment. An NVQ level 2 is desirable for this role.
