· Handle and respond to general public enquiries received by the Town Council.

· Order supplies and equipment for the Town Hall and Witham Community Centre.

· Plan, create and update social media content and campaigns for the council.

· Lead on community safety activities, including new project implementation.

· Organise community engagement activities such as pop-up stalls and exhibition stands

· Manage the Town Council's CCTV system and maintain appropriate records.

· Support the opening, ongoing facilities management and marketing and social media activities for the Witham Community Centre.

· Provide support for Community Safety Accreditation Scheme operations, such as administrative report writing and street warden engagement support.

· Undertake facilities duties including risk assessments, building inspections, statutory compliance and related testing.

· To support the work of the Community Committee and any advisory groups under its remit.

· To undertake ad hoc technical drawings as required.

· Any other duties that may be deemed necessary from time to time by the Town Clerk, commensurate with the post.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £29,064.00 per year
