The individual must be an articulate, highly motivated, problem solver as well as someone who can work well on their own or in a team.

Duties will include cleaning of the following areas:

  • High level cleaning and disinfection of all areas of the production facility including production lines.
  • Ensuring that both our Customer and Community Foods Ltd standards are exceeded.
  • Management of the Hygiene Operatives
  • Chemical Ordering and management
  • Consumables ordering for Office Cleaner

All areas are to be cleaned according to cleaning instructions and PPE will be provided as required.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Education and qualifications

  • Basic education

Skills and abilities

  • Ability to read and understand instructions.
  • Good communicator.
  • Experience of working within a Manufacturing environment advantageous.
  • Awareness of the key stages of cleaning, importance of cleaning and the cleaning instructions cards and records.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Good Working Knowledge / Experience of

  • Experience of overseeing Hygiene matters within a manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding / knowledge of COSHH.
  • Health and Safety.
