Luxury chalets is a leading mobile home manufacturer and due to company growth are looking for an administrative assistant/office administrator to join our team, on a permanent basis working around 20-25 per week. start time and finish time are negotiable.

The main tasks for this role are as follows:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, filing, and organising documents.
  • Provide excellent customer support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

    -Assist with purchase ordering
  • Assist the director with tasks he may give

Requirements:

- Previous experience in an office administration role or similar position is preferred.

-Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13.00 per hour
