What You'll Be Doing
  • Set and operate CNC machines to produce components to exacting aerospace specifications.
  • Interpret complex engineering drawings and production packs to ensure flawless output.
  • Support New Product Introductions (NPI) by providing practical manufacturing feedback.
  • Perform rigorous quality checks using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other metrology tools.
  • Adhere to strict quality standards, including NADCAP and AS9100.
  • Carry out basic machine maintenance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure production targets are met.
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator in a high-precision environment-aerospace experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of tight tolerance machining and inspection techniques.
  • Ability to read and work from technical engineering drawings and production documentation.
  • Familiarity with aerospace standards (AS9100, NADCAP) is a strong advantage.
