Production & Supplier Manager (3D Digital Media) – London

Urban CGI is expanding in the UK, and we're looking for a Production & Supplier Manager who can orchestrate the delivery of high-quality digital media outputs in the urban construction across a scalable supplier network.

If you're someone who loves quality, organisation, people, and making things run beautifully with experience across 2D and 3D media, complex management and client-side support, this role could be for you.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for turning our creative formula into consistent, high-quality outputs across multiple interlinked projects. Think of it like running a dynamic digital production line from scripting to structuring, 3D and 2D media across varied outputs from engineering and BIM-style technical works to communications styles. You will have enough finesse to engage with clients and our sales team, understand needs, add value, iterate, integrate and ensure the results are precise and delivered on time.

You'll manage and grow a network of international suppliers (3D, CGI, visualisation, video, graphics, digital content), switching capacity on and off as required. You'll hold suppliers to high standards while building loyalty and long-term relationships.

You will be a clear and calm, confident presence clients, coders, technicians and artists trust – and the firm but fair manager everyone respects.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality digital/3D outputs on time, on budget and on brand
  • Manage a global network of suppliers, defining and allocating work
  • Growing and ensuring quality standards
  • Build long-term supplier loyalty while maintaining strong accountability
  • Support the team to clarify scope and keep delivery smooth
  • Translate direction into clear, repeatable production briefs
  • Oversee revisions, QC, and final outputs
  • Track schedules, costs and commercial impacts
  • Troubleshoot proactively and keep everything running like clockwork

  • Experience in production management, project coordination, or digital delivery
  • Strong ability to manage suppliers/freelancers/offshore teams
  • Fantastic communication and relationship-building skills
  • Naturally organised with high attention to detail

  • Commercial awareness – you understand value, cost control and margins
  • Confidence holding people accountable while keeping relationships warm
