Brand Marketing Coordinator

Job Purpose:
To work proactively, coordinating both consumer and trade brand campaigns with a focus on digital. This role will be responsible for supporting in the execution all marketing activity, including campaign planning, new product launches, delivery and ongoing analysis, in line with the brand vision and strategy, and premium positioning within its industry. This role will report to the Senior Brand Manager UK and work closely together to achieve the organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Support
· Marketing Plans: Assist in creating, delivering, and analysing marketing plans for earned, owned, and paid media channels.
· Marketing Assets: Plan, brief, and execute consumer and trade marketing materials, including web banners, online brand stores, social media posts, emails, newsletters, brochures, adverts, and in-store point of sale
· Asset Utilisation: Serve as the main contact for ensuring proper use of Nuna marketing assets with retailers to enhance brand presence on their platforms.
· Retailer Campaigns: Collaborate with national and independent retailers to create and deliver bespoke annual marketing campaigns across digital channels.
· Sales Team Collaboration: Proactively work with the sales team and account managers to identify and leverage opportunities for increased brand exposure, including marketing collateral and product placement.
· Award Submissions: Working with the brand manager, prepare compelling award entries, including supporting evidence, samples and submissions.
· Sampling: Arrange samples for marketing activities, influencers and celebrities including budget tracking, delivery and collection where necessary.
· Brand Consistency: Monitor retailer websites and social media channels to ensure consistent brand representation. Complete necessary documents for retail partners, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.
Content Marketing
· Copywriting: Craft copy for consumer and trade publications, including advertorials, competitions, editorial and social media.
· Social Media: Manage the brand social media platforms (including Facebook & Instagram) content creation, UGC, scheduling, advertising, influencer engagement, and cross-brand collaborations. Conduct monthly analysis and regularly review competitor channels. Find partners to gift, targeting two per month.
· Retailer Engagement: Build strong relationships with retailers; conduct audits to ensure optimal brand exposure, accurate product listings, and effective use of marketing assets. Assist with product filming, and social production if needed.
· Event Management: Support internal teams and external agencies in organising consumer, PR, and trade events from design to execution including promotion.
· PR & Influencer agency: Act as main support for designated PR agency on send outs, look book creation and generic day to day requests
· Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and work closely with selected market research agency to adjust and support marketing activations as required
· Events: supporting on events and new launches working closely with agencies from brief to implementation
Additional Duties
· Consumer & Trade Shows: Support the end-to-end coordination of yearly consumer and trade show activity. This includes producing and organising event assets, preparing and packing pallets, arranging delivery of samples and materials, and providing hands-on support on the stand during events.
Hours: Monday to Friday. 9am til 5pm.
Salary: Competitive
