About the Role:
- Support the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations
- Assist with maintaining CQC, GDC, HTM01-05, and other regulatory standards.
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed.
- Help maintain documentation such as audits, COSHH, risk assessments, and training logs.
- Ensure seamless patient journeys, working closely with clinicians and treatment coordinators
- Resolve patient complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Support the front-of-house team to deliver excellent service.
- Monitor patient feedback and assist with improvements.
- Monitor treatment plans and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Support financial reporting and KPIs if delegated by the manager.
- Provide cover and leadership in the absence of the Practice Manager.
- Contribute to staff meetings and improvement initiatives.
- Be proactive in suggesting operational efficiencies.

Who We're Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of compliance (CQC), cross-infection control, and best practices
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Leadership qualities and ability to manage teams.
- Patient-focused with a calm, professional approach.
- Passion for delivering outstanding patient care and supporting a growing practice
- Previous experience in a lead nurse, senior nurse, or deputy management role is a plus but not essential
- Knowledge of dentally dental software - desirable
