About the Role:

  • Support the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Assist with maintaining CQC, GDC, HTM01-05, and other regulatory standards.
  • Ensure infection control protocols are followed.
  • Help maintain documentation such as audits, COSHH, risk assessments, and training logs.
  • Ensure seamless patient journeys, working closely with clinicians and treatment coordinators
  • Resolve patient complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Support the front-of-house team to deliver excellent service.
  • Monitor patient feedback and assist with improvements.
  • Monitor treatment plans and ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Support financial reporting and KPIs if delegated by the manager.
  • Provide cover and leadership in the absence of the Practice Manager.
  • Contribute to staff meetings and improvement initiatives.
  • Be proactive in suggesting operational efficiencies.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of compliance (CQC), cross-infection control, and best practices
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Leadership qualities and ability to manage teams.
  • Patient-focused with a calm, professional approach.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding patient care and supporting a growing practice
  • Previous experience in a lead nurse, senior nurse, or deputy management role is a plus but not essential
  • Knowledge of dentally dental software - desirable
