Company Description

NetBridge is a messaging provider focused on high-quality A2P SMS delivery. We work with mobile operators, aggregators and enterprise clients across multiple regions, helping them launch, scale and optimise their messaging traffic. Our team is fully remote and distributed across Europe and CIS time zones.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an 
Account / Partner Manager (A2P SMS)
 based in a 
Europe / CIS time zone
.

You will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, developing long-term partner relationships and bringing new traffic and clients to NetBridge. Day-to-day you will work with A2P SMS routes and traffic quality, coordinate tests and launches, handle operational issues, and act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of partners.

You will also represent NetBridge on calls, online events and industry conferences, working closely with our technical and commercial teams to ensure stable, profitable and compliant messaging services.

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in 
    A2P SMS / messaging / telecom
     (aggregator, operator, CPaaS, messaging provider, etc.)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with B2B clients and partners
  • Hands-on experience working with A2P SMS traffic: testing routes, monitoring delivery, troubleshooting incidents
  • Understanding of key A2P concepts: routes, sender IDs (CLI/alpha), DLR, filters, grey routes, blocking and basic regulations
  • Ability to identify opportunities for account growth (new destinations, products, upsell / cross-sell)
  • Good spoken and written 
    English
     – daily communication with international partners
  • Located in or close to a 
    Europe / CIS time zone

Nice to have

  • Experience with 
    SMPP
    , ticketing systems and CRM tools
  • Basic analytical skills (Excel/Sheets, simple reports and dashboards)
  • Understanding of spam / fraud in messaging and how to prevent it
  • Existing network of contacts in the A2P / messaging industry
