is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Talent Manager to spearhead the talent acquisition strategy and execution for our critical Corporate Functions (e.g., Finance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Compliance).This is a pivotal management role where you will transform recruitment by re-engineering our operating model, ensuring every hiring touchpoint is defined by lean efficiency and an excellent candidate experience, simultaneously elevating the recruiting team into a high-performance engine
You will serve as the primary talent strategy partner to senior and executive leadership, responsible for managing a dedicated team of recruiters, driving accurate headcount forecasting, and implementing world-class operational standards that ensure our corporate recruitment runs with efficiency and excellence.
What You Will Be Doing:Team Leadership and Development: Directly lead, manage, and mentor a team of recruiters, driving their professional development, setting clear performance expectations, and fostering a culture of accountability and deep business partnership.
Strategic Headcount and Requisition Ownership: Own the corporate functions' annual and quarterly headcount forecasting and planning process in close collaboration with Finance and Executive leaders. You will be responsible for the strategic requisition allocation across your team to align with the most critical business priorities.
Senior Stakeholder Management: Act as the trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership and E-team members across all corporate functions, translating complex business objectives into measurable, effective talent acquisition strategies.
Operational Excellence and Governance: Define, implement, and enforce world-class recruitment standards, and process governance across all departments under your remit, ensuring recruitment runs smoothly, compliantly, and with consistent excellence.
Recruitment Delivery: Oversee the successful execution of complex, business-critical hiring requirements, ensuring your team meets ambitious delivery targets while maintaining exceptional quality and a superior candidate experience that elevates our employer brand.
Data-Driven Strategic Influence: Proactively analyze recruitment and market data to provide meaningful, actionable insights and trends to department heads and the E-team, informing critical executive decisions and driving strategic change management.
Innovation and Process Transformation: Champion and lead high-impact projects focused on the future of TA, including driving the implementation of process automation through various means including leverage the latest AI, optimizing recruiter workflows, and integrating new technologies to maximise efficiency and competitive advantage.
You are a leader and strategic operator, ready to take full ownership of a mission-critical talent function within a hyper-growth environment.
Management Experience: Demonstrable experience in successfully managing, coaching, and leading a team of recruiters or talent acquisition professionals.
Executive Partnership: Proven ability to confidently engage, advise, and influence
Strategic Planning Acumen: Strong background in corporate talent planning, including direct experience with headcount management, forecasting, and requisition prioritization/allocation.
Operational Driver: Deep expertise in developing robust, scalable recruitment processes across diverse global departments.
Analytical & Presentation Skills: Exceptional analytical ability to extract insights from complex data sets and present findings persuasively to senior audiences.
High-Growth Agility: Experience thriving in the dynamic, fast-paced environment of a rapidly scaling technology company or scale-up.
AI Advocacy: A forward-thinking champion for the future of talent acquisition, with a proven ability to evaluate, pilot, and successfully implement AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to automate workflows and drive step-change improvements in team efficiency.
