Join GBUK Group and help us build high-performing sales and clinical teams that make a difference in healthcare.

GBUK Group is one of the UK's fastest-growing medical device companies, supplying innovative products that improve patient care across the NHS and private healthcare sectors.

We're now looking for a
Talent Acquisition Manager
to join us in this newly created role — someone with the right work ethic, who's highly organised, focused, and passionate about finding and securing top talent. You'll not only bring strong recruitment expertise but also become a valued part of the GBUK culture, grow with the business, and help shape our future success.

Working closely with our Sales Directors, Regional Managers, and Head of Training & Development, you'll take ownership of talent acquisition for sales and clinical roles across the UK — from crafting job adverts and sourcing candidates to managing interviews and offers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter or talent acquisition professional who loves building relationships, identifying exceptional sales talent, and making a real impact in a growing, purpose-driven company.

What you'll do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define success profiles.
  • Manage the full recruitment process for sales and clinical roles – from advert to offer.
  • Proactively source top talent via LinkedIn, referrals, competitor mapping, and networking.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience and promote GBUK as an employer of choice.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales professionals for future growth.
  • Collaborate with HR and Training to ensure a seamless transition into onboarding and induction.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience recruiting sales professionals (in-house or agency).
  • Ideally, experience in medical devices, healthcare, or other technical sectors.
  • Skilled at sourcing and engaging passive candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, focused, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality hiring.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to become part of the GBUK family.

Why join GBUK Group?

At GBUK, we're passionate about improving patient care and supporting the people who make that happen. You'll be part of a friendly, ambitious team where your ideas are valued, your work has real impact, and your success will grow alongside ours.

We offer:

Flexible hybrid working (home and head office mix)

A supportive and collaborative team culture

Opportunity to grow the role into full-time as the business expands

Career development and involvement in wider people initiatives

Ready to make a difference and grow with us?

If you're an experienced recruiter or talent acquisition specialist with strong organisational skills, focus, and the right work ethic — and you want to shape your career inside a growing, innovative healthcare company — we'd love to hear from you.
