About the role
Are you a dedicated Primary Teacher looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real difference in local schools? Heart of Supply are working with a number of primary schools across Lincoln and the surrounding villages who are seeking passionate and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to provide day-to-day and short-term cover.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, adapting your teaching style to suit different classes, year groups and school settings. Each day brings something new, from supporting phonics in Reception to guiding Year 6 through their final weeks before SATs.
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you'll enjoy the freedom to choose when and where you work, while still making a meaningful impact on pupils' learning and progress. Whether you're looking for flexibility around existing commitments or to broaden your teaching experience in Lincolnshire schools, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent classroom experience teaching in a UK primary school
- Confidence planning and delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2, in line with the National Curriculum
- A secure understanding of phonics, early reading and numeracy approaches, with the ability to adapt content to suit the needs of each class
- Strong classroom management skills, creating a calm, positive, and inclusive environment where every child can succeed
- A nurturing and encouraging approach, building strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and school leaders
- Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to quickly adapt to new school settings and routines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner
