Role: Primary Supply Teacher - Lincoln Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term) Salary: £32,916 - £45,351 per annum (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications) About the role Are you a dedicated Primary Teacher looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real difference in local schools? Heart of Supply are working with a number of primary schools across Lincoln and the surrounding villages who are seeking passionate and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to provide day-to-day and short-term cover. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, adapting your teaching style to suit different classes, year groups and school settings. Each day brings something new, from supporting phonics in Reception to guiding Year 6 through their final weeks before SATs. As a Primary Supply Teacher, you'll enjoy the freedom to choose when and where you work, while still making a meaningful impact on pupils' learning and progress.
