About the role
With supply demand set to rise after the October half-term, now's the perfect time to join Heart of Supply, a Lincoln-based education recruitment agency passionate about providing quality teachers to local schools.
We're looking for passionate, adaptable Primary Teachers to support our partner schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas. Whether you're an experienced teacher, an ECT looking to broaden your experience, or someone who values flexibility and variety, we'd love to hear from you.
These roles include day-to-day, short-term, and longer-term cover across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. You'll step into a range of supportive schools, delivering engaging lessons, following pre-set plans, and helping maintain a positive and consistent learning environment in the absence of the regular class teacher.
We're looking for teachers who:
- Bring confidence, warmth, and flexibility to every classroom
- Can quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
- Manage behaviour positively and calmly
- Are reliable, proactive and take pride in their teaching

About the school

What you will need:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
- A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
- The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
- Clear communication, a proactive attitude and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
- A minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in the UK
