We are seeking an exceptional Lead Producer to take overall responsibility for the delivery, coordination, and operational success of
Wake The Tiger London
.
This senior leadership role will oversee all project budgets, scheduling, and production teams, ensuring every department — from creative to technical — delivers to scope, quality, and timeline.
Working closely with the CEO and key departmental heads (CEO, Creative Producer, Technical Production Director, Fit-Out Manager, Head of Production, Finance Director, etc.), the Lead Producer acts as the central hub of project communication and accountability, balancing creative ambition with operational precision.
You will manage the day-to-day leadership of senior staff and freelancers, drive project planning across multiple workstreams, and maintain a clear overview of costs, risks, and deliverables.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Leadership & Oversight
- Lead the full production lifecycle of
Wake The Tiger London
— from planning through delivery and final handover.
- Manage and support all senior production and creative leads to ensure clarity of objectives, responsibilities, and deadlines.
- Oversee daily coordination of project milestones and dependencies across departments.
- Ensure all production activity aligns with company values, sustainability goals, and creative vision.
Budget Management
- Take ownership of the master project budget, working with the CEO and Finance Manager to track expenditure and forecasts.
- Manage the master budget and all budget holders £10.3m production across the full site installation
- Approve departmental budgets, POs, and freelancer contracts, ensuring cost control and transparent reporting.
- Lead financial reviews and reconciliations, ensuring all project spend aligns with overall P&L targets.
Scheduling & Delivery
- Track progress against milestones, anticipate bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Oversee coordination between site construction, scenic build, art installations, and operational readiness.
Team Management & Communication
- Line-manage senior staff (Creative Producer, Production Manager, Fit-Out Manager, Props Manager, etc.), holding regular check-ins and progress meetings.
- Be across all HVAC, MEP and design construction consultants.
- Support the Construction Manager with the coordination of the infrastructure and operations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and collaboration across the production team.
- Chair weekly production meetings, ensuring all updates, risks, and dependencies are clearly communicated to leadership.
Stakeholder & Client Liaison
- Act as primary liaison between Wake The Tiger London and key external partners (Westfield, contractors, consultants, and suppliers).
- Support the CEO in high-level stakeholder updates, reports, and presentations.
- Represent the production department in senior leadership discussions and external meetings.
Compliance & Risk
- Ensure the project adheres to CDM and H&S requirements, working with the Principal Designer and appointed safety consultants.
- Monitor risk registers, ensuring mitigations are in place for cost, schedule, and operational risks.
- Oversee contract compliance and documentation for all project suppliers and freelancers.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
Essential
- Proven track record in senior producing roles for large-scale creative or immersive installations.
- Strong budget management and financial reporting skills across complex multi-department projects.
- Exceptional organisational and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple teams and deliverables simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creative ambition and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Experienced in working with cross-disciplinary teams - creative, construction, technical, and operational.
Desirable
- Experience working within themed attractions, immersive art environments, or large-scale exhibition builds.
- Knowledge of sustainable production processes and materials.
- Strong relationships with London-based contractors and creative suppliers.
- First Aid or Site Management Safety Training.
