London, Greater London, United Kingdom KPMG UK Full time £25,000 - £40,000 per year

KPMG Overview

KPMG is part of a global network of firms that offers Audit, Tax & Legal, Advisory and Technology services. Through the talent of over 16,000 colleagues, we bring our creativity and insight to our clients' most critical challenges. With offices across the UK, we work with everyone from small start-ups and individuals to major multinationals, in virtually every industry imaginable. Our work is often complex, yet our vision is simple: to be the clear choice for our clients, for our people and for the communities we work in.

What is Ignition?

Ignition is KPMG UK's unique 'collaborative business transformation' capability, delivered through two bespoke-designed centres based in our Canary Wharf and Manchester offices.

We take our clients through a powerful way of working which drives acceleration and alignment in critical programmes of change. Ignition has speed, agility and collaboration at its heart, and it is a method which drives real results and value fast.

Ignition delivers tailored 'events' and 'immersive experiences' which enable collaborative problem solving.

Ignition events can range from 1-3 days in duration, with 5-80 participants and positioned at critical moments in a transformation journey.

Ignition brings people, (including experts from our organisation, alliance partners and our clients), together with relevant insights and technology in a very efficient, collaborative and creative way to accelerate transformation.

What's it like to work with us?

The stakes are often high for the clients we support, and you – along with the Ignition team and a range of subject matter experts from across KPMG – will support our client's transformation, whether the focus is digital transformation, the creation of a new vision, strategy or business model, or improving end to end customer experience.

To deliver this requires a team of diverse experience and expertise. We want to work with the most curious and capable individuals so that we can continually enrich our ability to respond to an ever-changing world.

We work as one team across our London and Manchester centres - this role will be primarily based in London, with the regular opportunity to work in both centres.

The great thing about working in Ignition is the amount you learn – when you're supporting clients through these challenges, you're getting exposure to what motivates executive teams and the KPMG methodology behind resolving those problems – as well as more practical knowledge; how to organise and support client events, how to create visually compelling content, how to create an 'experience' that enables multiple participants to engage and align on a new vision. And you will be learning in a broader sense what Ignition – and KPMG – can achieve for clients.

As an Experience Producer, Support you get this wealth of professional exposure along with a unique opportunity to hone creative and innovative skills in a live-events environment.
