About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Finance Analyst to join our team. This role is vital in providing financial and administrative support to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. It offers excellent development potential for individuals looking to progress within the financial corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily invoicing to suppliers for commission due on procurement contracts, including consumption data reconciliation.
- Producing statements for strategic partners regarding commission owed.
- Working closely with the Operations department to ensure internal records are accurate and up to date.
- Credit control: chasing payment of outstanding invoices.
- Monthly closure of the payment order book.
- Creating weekly dashboards for submission to the Board of Directors.
- Conducting ad-hoc financial analysis for Directors and the senior management team.
- Preparing income forecasts for the Group Financial Controller.
- Delivering weekly sales forecasts to senior management.
- Developing knowledge of organisational processes and workflows.
- Resolving financial disputes raised by clients, suppliers, and the Sales team.
- Assisting in delivering contracted services to LG's customers.
- Supporting corporate ethics, transparency, and Health & Safety policies.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Performing any additional duties as required by the Director, appropriate to the role.
