- Perch Group is a fast-growing debt purchaser based in Blackpool that specialises in the purchase of and servicing of alternative finance non-performing loans. We are looking for a PMO (Project Management Officer) to join our Change Management / IT Function to assist with the administration / planning of various key projects within the Perch Group.
- You will report into the Head Of Change Management and be working closely with a Project Manager and providing management information on project plans / resource planning and delivery of business projects.
- You will manage the RAID and be an important part of the weekly Governance meeting with the Change Advisory Board. You will assess prioritisation of projects and advise on future resource planning requirements.
- **What experience do you need, in order to be successful?**
- The experience needed to perform in this role is:

Recent PMO or Junior PM experience
- Working knowledge of RAID
- Governance Management
- Resource Planning Experience
- Excellent prioritisation / decision making ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management

**What will the first 3 to 6 months look like in this role?**
- The first 3 to 6 months in this role will involve getting to know the business as a whole and to build great working relationships with the Change Management / IT function.
- **What does future progression look like in this position?**
- The future progression with this role could go a number of ways. There is a route towards becoming a Project Manager, or you migth decide you want to go down the Business Analyst route, or even Systems Architecture We are a business that are planning to quadruple in size so there will definitely be career prospects available to you.
- **What will the working environment look like for people in this role?**
- This role is available on a hybrid working basis which is 2 or 3 days in the office and the rest remote. However, we do have an onboarding period where we expect you to be in the office regularly.
