Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as proficiency in various Microsoft Office applications. The Planner will be responsible for coordinating activities across departments, driving initiatives that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective planning strategies to optimise supply chain operations and reduce costs
  • Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and deliveries.
  • Utilise Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Lead meetings to communicate updates and gather feedback from team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to logistics and supply chain management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
