As Head of National On Trade, you will lead our team of National Account Manager and build strong relationships with both existing and new National channel customers to drive sales. You will bring a deep understanding and passion for the on trade sector, provide guidance to customer and act as an ambassador for the Adnams brand.

What are we looking for?
We are searching for a dynamic and strategic Head of National On Trade to lead the continued growth of our National On-Trade channels (Pub Companies and Wholesalers). This is a pivotal role responsible for driving growth across all National On Trade channels, maximising our brand distribution and identifying opportunities to meet and exceed sales budget objectives.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Commercial Sales Leader at a similar level in the drinks industry. With a results driven approach and strong leadership and interpersonal skills, you will inspire and develop our team of National Account Managers while identifying, developing and executing strategic sales objectives to deliver results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive growth across National On-Trade channels with full P&L accountability
- Manage top Pub Co and Wholesale partners to maximise distribution and revenue.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through strong customer relationships.
- Lead by example, bringing our brand to life through your team and delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Work across the business, support brand initiatives and bring ideas to stay ahead of trends.
