Financial Advisory Industrial Placement Programme

Our London office offers a unique and organised 12-month industrial placement experience starting in late August 2026.
As a placement student you will be assigned to a sector or product team for the duration of the 12-month programme, ensuring an experience by providing exposure to different teams, bankers, and clients. You will be involved in real work for real clients, so not only will you gain invaluable practical experience, but you will also have exposure to a network of senior finance experts who will be on hand to share their experiences with you and to offer you support and guidance.
You will be supporting our transaction teams on project work by:
- conducting financial and statistical analysis
- conducting company and industry sector research
- creating client presentations and marketing materials
As part of the 12-month placement, a specially tailored training programme will be provided so that you will have a strong base of knowledge and training to build upon over the course of the placement. On-going support and other learning and development opportunities will also be available.
A Lazard Industrial Placement can lead to a full-time offer for the following year's Analyst programme.
