Job Description

Deutsche Bank is the leading German bank with strong European roots and a global network. We're driving growth through our strong client franchise. Against a backdrop of increasing globalisation in the world economy, Deutsche Bank is very well-positioned, with significant regional diversification and substantial revenue streams from all the major regions of the world. We serve our clients' real economic needs in commercial banking, investment banking, private banking and asset management. We are investing heavily in digital technologies, prioritising long term success over short-term gains, and serving society with ambition and integrity.

About the Programme:

Designed to inspire students early in their career, the programme is an amazing opportunity for you to experience the inclusive and collaborative culture that we're proud to have cultivated at Deutsche Bank.

As part of Spring into Origination & Advisory you will have the opportunity to take part in a varied schedule covering the below:

  • A four-day interactive (in-person) insight programme introducing you to Deutsche Bank and the Financial Services sector focusing on Origination & Advisory.
  • You will gain an understanding of other areas of the bank to broaden your understanding of how each area operates in partnership to fulfil our client needs.
  • Interactive workshops introducing our business, clients, and our role in society.
  • The opportunity to meet inspirational leaders and role models from analysts and associates right through to senior management.
  • Employability skills workshops with the Early Careers team.
  • You will have an opportunity to attend in-person workshops, interactive or networking sessions to see what goes on behind the scenes.

Successful students may have the opportunity to be considered for Deutsche Bank's Internship Programme in Summer 2027.

About the Division:
